AFFINITY HOMES

Our Affinity Homes at Predator Ridge are located adjacent to the first hole of the Ridge Course and offer exceptional golf course views and are just steps from the resort centre.

In 2018 construction on the new enclave of 10 executive homes begun and by spring 2019 the first of the homes were completed.  Located along the fairway of the Ridge course hole 1, these new homes brought a new level of design and convenience to Predator Ridge.  Each of the homes boast more than 2,500 sq ft of luxurious living space over two levels with chef’s kitchens, dual master bedrooms, oversized sliding doors and expansive patios with fire pits.

Affinity Homes are zoned RTCA which gives owners the flexibility of living in their home year round and/or putting their home into the nightly rental pool managed by Predator Ridge. These homes added a new luxury vacation rental home experience at Predator Ridge with our new Executive Home level of nightly rentals.
