Want to do a little exploring and learn more about where all the great locally grown products come from? Hop in the car and go for a drive on the Westside Farm Loop! Many stops are located just a short drive from the Tallus Ridge community.
Not unlike the Westside Wine Trail, the Farm Loop takes you on a self-guided tour of the local farms, orchards, wineries, and other interesting spots showcasing Okanagan farmers. Here are a few spots for you to check out on your drive:
Gellatly Nut Farm: This farm has been operating on the Westside for over 100 years! Jack Gellatly worked hard to cultivate quality trees and the fruits (and nuts) of his labours are thriving on the farm. Harvest time is between September and November, but there’s still plenty to take in at the park during the summer.
